The challenge

The project began with more than a visual brief. The goal was to create a clear and trustworthy presence around a highly personal service, while helping potential clients quickly understand the therapist’s approach, values and areas of support.

My role

I worked on the strategic and visual direction of the brand, including positioning, audience considerations, content structure and the web design concept. The process combined brand thinking with user needs and practical communication goals.

Collaboration

The project required close collaboration with the client throughout the discovery and decision-making process, followed by coordination with the development partner to translate the final concept into a working website.
